Is it possible for TNT to cut back on the amount of new content to instead focus on fixing the many glitches and issues on the site and cleaning up the spaghetti code? I and many others would wholeheartedly understand that such a daunting task could take many months, but I believe it would be worth the wait. A steady drop of NC wearables and the bare minimum for annual events is fine if no content at all is too much to ask for during this hypothetical repair period; I know you guys have to make money and I'm sure the artists aren't the same people who work on the code anyway.

Can there please be more transparency added to mystery capsule items in the NC Mall. Currently off site methods have to be used to see what items are in them, how many items there are and the drop rates. Please fix the trading Post/Auction House glitch; where if you or the other party is doing a kitchen or Edna quest your items and NPs dissappear and you get nothing. Support does nothing to help, despite this being a WELL KNOWN GLITCH that's been going on for many years now. Please fix this!

Can we get a way to ship NC items from our side accounts to our main without gift boxes?

Would you consider making the lab ray exclusive colours, especially for petpets, no longer exclusive to the lab ray? Some specific items for changing the colour would be very cool (e.g. a magic burlap doll that turns your pet Burlap). It is virtually impossible to get a specific petpet that's lab exclusive, and might take many months for neopets. Also the lab-exclusive petpets can't be removed from pets, meaning they can't be collected in galleries. With the current policy of releasing previously unobtainable items through quest log and prize shops, and throwing neopoints at us through Trudy and QL, I think this would make sense. The lab ray will still have use for people who just want to have fun with the randomness, and for raising stats.

Please consider expanding the inventory limit above 50 Neopoint items when buying from shops or trading between users! There are already exceptions for shops like the Ever-Stocked General Store. With the amount of items generated daily, such as Daily Quest tasks to purchase items and plot tasks like Volunteer Shifts and Battledome), this seems like a straightforward way to reduce a source of daily frustration.

What is actually being done regarding Neopets Premium Perks? As a paying Neopian, I'd like to see some more proactive changes taking place. What's on the roadmap to address this and how soon can we expect better Neopets Premium perks?

Can you make an option to instantly buy 20 random lottery tickets or place the purchase button at the top of the Neopian Lottery page? It's inconvenient and repetitive having to buy 20 tickets each day especially when you have to move the mouse cursor down to be able to click the purchase button again (instead of just having to click and wait for the page to refresh) due to it being lower on the page because of your previous ticket purchases being displayed above it.

Will TNT consider adjusting Battleground of the Obelisk boons to remove non-functioning boons and even out the good boons across the various factions?

Has there been any progress on fixing the Trading Post and Auction House glitch that randomly deletes items and NP? I want to safely sell and trade valuable items without that risk. Also, why does the TP have a 2 million NP limit? Even if it worked perfectly, this limit is baffling. Instead of a simple NP/item exchange, we’re forced to use auctions for high-value items, which is inconvenient. Am I missing something about why this limit exists? If you remove or increase the TP limit, please allow users to exchange hoarded Baby PBs for 600k NP each.

There absolutely needs to be an option for gender neutral or non-binary pets. Having to choose male or female isn’t okay, there needs to be at least an “other” option at the very least. When will this be addressed?

Can you please fix the issue where pets cannot be transferred if they were moved while volunteering? Multiple pets have been stuck for months and are unable to be transferred back to their proper accounts because of this.

It was stated that parts of the site would be fixed as they became relevant to current development (such as the Battledome getting an HTML5 "makeover" for TVW) but with the constant push to create new content and games, it seems some older things may never be fixed or updated. Please consider putting resources into fixes and updates beyond the 2-week bug crunches and new content.

Can you make Dubloons more useful? They're mainly good for training up to a point, after which their utility is limited to the Golden Dubloon (& Little Nippers & the Smuggler's Cove, which have limited usefulness) or selling them. It'd be great if the Dubloon-O-Matic could break down higher denomination Dubloons with options to convert them into specific values (e.g., a 10 into five 2s, five 1s & a 5). Currently, breaking down Dubloons through the Golden Dubloon or Little Nippers leads to a loss in value due to spending Dubloons for lower denominations. This process is time-consuming & frustrating, resulting in atleast a 10% loss in value. Some ideas to increase Dubloon value include a new avvie randomly obtained from the Golden Dubloon when getting takeout & a Dubloon-only slot machine with an avvie & high-score table/trophies. Also, please remove the Flash requirement & seating capacity limit from the Golden Dubloon.

Is there any plan to improve HTML/CSS language filters so that coding pages is less glitchy/up to current coding language? I love making pages but find it difficult to navigate with the current filters. It would be helpful to have a page/list with current language guidelines and usable code.

Can we please get a better NC freebie mechanic? Either by upping the odds of the expellibox or having some awarded through quest log prize pools? Things like re-release capsules are too big of a gamble for many of our real-life wallets (ntm regularly giving away small amounts of premium currency is standard in freemium games)

While I'm glad everyone got points to buy the AC XIX stamp, why exactly did it take over 2 weeks to resolve the issue? Why couldn't TNT release a statement at least acknowledging the issue and that they were working on fixing it? Why wasn't the stamp in the shop from the start? And where is the Strawberry Yooyu?

Please let us move NC items to side accounts without boxes, or give us more free boxes at least (daily quest rewards??? yes please)

Once again requesting that all accounts be assigned a number so that we can change our usernames, or for us to add accounts to Neopass and have the trophies/account age/profile-specific things sync across accounts in Neopass so we can transfer our main to a different account without losing all those things. Some of us hate our main usernames but are stuck using them if we don't want to lose all those things.

Some players are unable to earn trophies because they are locked out of the high score table. Is there a plan to fix this?

Could we please get a way to display our pronouns and/or name next to our avatar on the NeoBoards? Even just a handful of new pronoun NeoTitles would go a long way here. Currently the only way to communicate this info is in our signatures, which many people hide for accessibility reasons!

Does Faerie Fragments get any further into the story than Faerie's Hope did, or is it primarily a visual upgrade? I really liked Faerie's Hope so I'm glad to see it back, but I am curious what the difference really is beyond just a new name and slightly different aesthetics.

"There's a glitch that resets the Weekly on the Quest Logs even if I've completed all of the previous day's Daily Quests and collected my 20k. I refresh and get a little green stamp in my Weekly Log only to log in the next day and now it's been reset to 0 for the Weekly. It's happened to me more than once and it's very frustrating." Reposting this question for more visibility because I've had this issue more times than I can count, and TNT told me directly that there was nothing to be done. Just fix the bug, please? This is clearly a very common issue.

New NC (and NP) items are being made and released with obvious clipping errors. NC pricing increased and there's been a deluxe item rollout, but maybe people would spend more money if the items didn't clip and were therefore worth purchasing? Several pets have gone without wigs and wings due to these issues and it makes some NC items seem poorly planned. I know leadership has changed over the years, but the current team should not still be releasing items with clipping issues. Why is the community responsible for reporting this? Items should be checked before release. I'm not asking they be checked against every other item, just against the standard pet biology.

When items in the Safety Deposit Box have reached a high count number so high that there is no way to remember all items purchased or traded for. Can Map prizes be updated or upgraded? Spending over 100k on the pieces of a map only to get a few np and a couple items of very little value, it just doesn't make sense anymore. Maps aren't worth it anymore.

A few things: (1) Please update the searchability options for the SDB, closet, and customization page -- you cannot sort by even basic characteristics in the SDB such as rarity or wearability, cannot change sorting options, and cannot even change the number of items displayed on each page (even though you can in closet) -- also, it's inefficient that you are brought back to page 1/default settings every time you take something out of your closet; (2) Please fix the unplayable avatar games (e.g., Volcano Run, Attack of the Slorgs, Hannah&the Pirate Caves, A53, Gourmet Club Bowls, Snow Wars II); (3) Please consider granting the 'I survived the Neopocalypse!' avatar when we have more unscheduled maintenance - makes the sting of the downtime a little easier! Is there any plan to look into moderation against predators on the NeoBoards, considering this is a family-friendly website? For many years moderation has taken stances on these issues as a "he-said-she-said" and then silencing anyone who tries to speak up about it as "harassment". Ignoring this doesn't make the site COPPA-compliant by law.

The Altador Cup results were manipulated by TNT staff in 2022 and 2024. All score metrics point to Meridell winning in 2022 (see ~insanitycheck petpage for scores in ACXVII), and in 2024 specific teams were targeted with shadowbans, ultimately preventing Brightvale from winning. The community has lost a lot of hope, and it is frustrating to play hard for your team only to have the results rigged in the end. Can you please address these changes to the final standings, and if there was human error, can you please declare MD and DC co-winners for 2022, and KD and BV co-winners for 2024?

Looking through this, I think we really need more transparency from the team overall. When Neopets became independent again, it felt like an opportunity for increased communication and honesty between the users and the team. This is true across so many aspects of the site. For creative contests and spotlights, many frequent entrants have no idea what they're doing wrong. For oft-requested features/changes, many don't understand why things are being overlooked/ignored. Glitches that impact many users have left people with no sympathy or solution beyond "we're aware of this, but...". Acknowledging that an issue/complaint exists can go a long way, but when all you ever do is acknowledge, and then have all visible efforts/resources/capital go toward other things does nothing but stoke distrust and frustration.

Are there plans to stop botting during the purge with a captcha or some other method? If the purge happens and bots get all the names, there won't be much point in freeing up names. Thanks!

I'm sure it's low priority, but better communication for creative contests would be amazing. For example, to enter the UL of the week and never hear anything after weeks/months, is very discouraging. It would also be nice to get more winners. I have seen a few people win that contest, for example multiple times in a short span.

Why is Neopass required for all of these apps if there are still so many issues? I see posts every day about someone getting locked out and I'm not signing up for Neopass until these issues are fixed.

Account recovery for "sensitive" accounts hinges on users either having access to the original email, or info that may never have existed i.e. NC receipts, which is unreasonable. Could verification questions be changed to something that applies to all accounts?

Why was the decision not made to include an item cap instead of a point cap for the faerie festival donation portion. It seems counter intuitive as an item cap means certain rarity of item's prices have skyrocketed. Where as a point cap would mean those rarity 101 items would have been donated in bulk and reduced the server space since people would be donating them in the hundreds. Especially since the Dracardia app has a point cap instead of an item cap in usage.

Have you ever thought of Increasing NP gains In videogames the same as the max amount per day, but also keep the max gain per day the same? Like, From 1k NPs per submition to 3k, while also keeping the 3k limit per day the same. Thought that this would be a good alternative while videogames still need to be reset after each submition. Customization revamp: would TNT consider revamping the customization? It would be helpful to be able to click and move the item right on the pet so we can position what we want in relation to pets. That way we could move trinkets and background items around the entire window. For example, some item like a box or some flowers might be perfect but doesn't look right with the background in that exact position because the horizon line is higher than what it was 'meant' for. It would also be neat to be able to move items forward or backward via layers.

So with the recent release of the Retired Superpack Mystery Capsule and you guys adding a particular item that is very sought after, why is it that that particular section had 70 more items in it that the other 2 sections? As somebody that had future fashions for almost 2 yrs straight. Avatar plans? Can we please bulk add a ton of new avatars that would require work to attain? We already have too many avatars that are just quickly obtained with a quick click by obtaining a single item or making a single action. It's way more fun to have an avatar that you make progress towards that take a ton of time but not a ton of resources (ie stamp collecting). I'd love to see avatars for feeding pets, reading to them, collecting a number of items even if not a complete set, completing a number jobs, completing a number of faerie quests per faerie. Additional collecting avatars would be nice, like plushie, dolls, treasure, food, or whatever theme but be it a collection of a minimum number of total items vs a total completionist list (this way, people couldn't artificially inflate item prices because you don't have to collect all of them, just a certain number so they can pick a different item in the category of many to fulfill the criteria

Why is it that items marked as no trade are able to be stolen or taken away by random site events? If an item can't be traded between players, how is it fair for it to be up for the same item destruction events as other items that can be more easily reacquired? There have been countless people caught cheating with solid proof who have had their accounts returned and been allowed to keep all of their illicit gains. You must stop the sale of ALL sales of randomized rewards (including Styling Studio) due to lack of compliance of laws in: Japan, China, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Germany, Australia, Taiwan, South Korea, Italy, three states in the US, and the entire UK. You are also subject to class action lawsuits in the US and Canada. Epic Games recently had to settle and make payouts due to this. In the US, it is federal law that probability-based purchases are restricted to 18+. In Hawai'i, New York, and Minnesota, you are required by state law to include probability disclosures. Failure to do so will result in an audit and possible fines. I have personally reported Neopets to the FTC for unfair/predatory consumer practices.
