Is it possible for TNT to cut back on the amount of new content to instead focus on fixing the many glitches and issues on the site and cleaning up the spaghetti code? I and many others would wholeheartedly understand that such a daunting task could take many months, but I believe it would be worth the wait. A steady drop of NC wearables and the bare minimum for annual events is fine if no content at all is too much to ask for during this hypothetical repair period; I know you guys have to make money and I'm sure the artists aren't the same people who work on the code anyway.

Can there please be more transparency added to mystery capsule items in the NC Mall. Are there plans to revamp the customisation spotlight? It's obvious that only certain pets can win the spotlight (those wearing 4 or less items). I thought the point of the spotlight is to showcase pets that are accually dressed instead of only having a background or trinket on. Would you consider making the lab ray exclusive colours, especially for petpets, no longer exclusive to the lab ray? Some specific items for changing the colour would be very cool (e.g. a magic burlap doll that turns your pet Burlap). It is virtually impossible to get a specific petpet that's lab exclusive, and might take many months for neopets. Also the lab-exclusive petpets can't be removed from pets, meaning they can't be collected in galleries. With the current policy of releasing previously unobtainable items through quest log and prize shops, and throwing neopoints at us through Trudy and QL, I think this would make sense. The lab ray will still have use for people who just want to have fun with the randomness, and for raising stats.

Please consider expanding the inventory limit above 50 Neopoint items when buying from shops or trading between users! There are already exceptions for shops like the Ever-Stocked General Store. With the amount of items generated daily, such as Daily Quest tasks to purchase items and plot tasks like Volunteer Shifts and Battledome), this seems like a straightforward way to reduce a source of daily frustration.

Can you make an option to instantly buy 20 random lottery tickets or place the purchase button at the top of the Neopian Lottery page? It's inconvenient and repetitive having to buy 20 tickets each day especially when you have to move the mouse cursor down to be able to click the purchase button again (instead of just having to click and wait for the page to refresh) due to it being lower on the page because of your previous ticket purchases being displayed above it.

Has there been any progress on fixing the Trading Post and Auction House glitch that randomly deletes items and NP? I want to safely sell and trade valuable items without that risk. Also, why does the TP have a 2 million NP limit? Even if it worked perfectly, this limit is baffling. Instead of a simple NP/item exchange, we’re forced to use auctions for high-value items, which is inconvenient. Am I missing something about why this limit exists? If you remove or increase the TP limit, please allow users to exchange hoarded Baby PBs for 600k NP each.

It was stated that parts of the site would be fixed as they became relevant to current development (such as the Battledome getting an HTML5 "makeover" for TVW) but with the constant push to create new content and games, it seems some older things may never be fixed or updated. Please consider putting resources into fixes and updates beyond the 2-week bug crunches and new content.

Can you make Dubloons more useful? They're mainly good for training up to a point, after which their utility is limited to the Golden Dubloon (& Little Nippers & the Smuggler's Cove, which have limited usefulness) or selling them. It'd be great if the Dubloon-O-Matic could break down higher denomination Dubloons with options to convert them into specific values (e.g., a 10 into five 2s, five 1s & a 5). Currently, breaking down Dubloons through the Golden Dubloon or Little Nippers leads to a loss in value due to spending Dubloons for lower denominations. This process is time-consuming & frustrating, resulting in atleast a 10% loss in value. Some ideas to increase Dubloon value include a new avvie randomly obtained from the Golden Dubloon when getting takeout & a Dubloon-only slot machine with an avvie & high-score table/trophies. Also, please remove the Flash requirement & seating capacity limit from the Golden Dubloon.

"There's a glitch that resets the Weekly on the Quest Logs even if I've completed all of the previous day's Daily Quests and collected my 20k. I refresh and get a little green stamp in my Weekly Log only to log in the next day and now it's been reset to 0 for the Weekly. It's happened to me more than once and it's very frustrating." Would you please consider making the "AMA"s a dedicated AMA to answer and address more questions provided by the community? Dom does not need to answer all of these, and maybe having members of the world of neopets field related questions would be a better way to handle the transparency issue. I think providing a roadmap for the misc. areas of the site and related updates is a better way to keep the community that is spending money to help keep the company afloat during a rocky transition phase, will reinforce faith in the company and want to hold out hope for a little longer.

New NC (and NP) items are being made and released with obvious clipping errors. NC pricing increased and there's been a deluxe item rollout, but maybe people would spend more money if the items didn't clip and were therefore worth purchasing? Several pets have gone without wigs and wings due to these issues and it makes some NC items seem poorly planned. I know leadership has changed over the years, but the current team should not still be releasing items with clipping issues. Why is the community responsible for reporting this? Items should be checked before release. I'm not asking they be checked against every other item, just against the standard pet biology.

And for the second person, she is incredibly terrible at moderating, and her fake cute girl persona is grating. If I am not wrong the reason pet names can't be changed are due to how the database has been designed in the past.I understand that database migration is hard and something that requires a lot of resources. I can't ignore though that this might be a good opportunity if TNT were to charge an amount of NC from players that would make this viable. Is there any other reason this haven't been considered?

A few things: (1) Please update the searchability options for the SDB, closet, and customization page -- you cannot sort by even basic characteristics in the SDB such as rarity or wearability, cannot change sorting options, and cannot even change the number of items displayed on each page (even though you can in closet) -- also, it's inefficient that you are brought back to page 1/default settings every time you take something out of your closet; (2) Please fix the unplayable avatar games (e.g., Volcano Run, Attack of the Slorgs, Hannah&the Pirate Caves, A53, Gourmet Club Bowls, Snow Wars II); (3) Please consider granting the 'I survived the Neopocalypse!' avatar when we have more unscheduled maintenance - makes the sting of the downtime a little easier! All said, appreciate your efforts.

Is there any plan to look into moderation against predators on the NeoBoards, considering this is a family-friendly website? For many years moderation has taken stances on these issues as a "he-said-she-said" and then silencing anyone who tries to speak up about it as "harassment". The Altador Cup results were manipulated by TNT staff in 2022 and 2024. All score metrics point to Meridell winning in 2022 (see ~insanitycheck petpage for scores in ACXVII), and in 2024 specific teams were targeted with shadowbans, ultimately preventing Brightvale from winning. The community has lost a lot of hope, and it is frustrating to play hard for your team only to have the results rigged in the end. Can you please address these changes to the final standings, and if there was human error, can you please declare MD and DC co-winners for 2022, and KD and BV co-winners for 2024?

Looking through this, I think we really need more transparency from the team overall. When Neopets became independent again, it felt like an opportunity for increased communication and honesty between the users and the team. This is true across so many aspects of the site. For creative contests and spotlights, many frequent entrants have no idea what they're doing wrong. For oft-requested features/changes, many don't understand why things are being overlooked/ignored. Glitches that impact many users have left people with no sympathy or solution beyond "we're aware of this, but...". Acknowledging that an issue/complaint exists can go a long way, but when all you ever do is acknowledge, and then have all visible efforts/resources/capital go toward other things does nothing but stoke distrust and frustration.

I'm sure it's low priority, but better communication for creative contests would be amazing. For example, to enter the UL of the week and never hear anything after weeks/months, is very discouraging. It would also be nice to get more winners. I have seen a few people win that contest, for example multiple times in a short span.

When items in the Safety Deposit Box have reached a high count number so high that there is no way to remember all items purchased or traded for. Especially concerning items for the housing lots or items for the wearables sections. Epecially those. You take forever going through the pages of the one site to move them to the closet you need them for. And sometimes the reason for them is no longer needed for by the time you sort through it all. I hate finding things that would hare been terrific for the pets to have for events and the like. Or just for fun or a holiday. Why cant the unlimited code in the Safety Deposit Box be used for All Wearable Items in the Closet. And actually have them show in the different menu listings. Maybe increase those listings to make it easier to find them.

Why was the decision not made to include an item cap instead of a point cap for the faerie festival donation portion. It seems counter intuitive as an item cap means certain rarity of item's prices have skyrocketed. Where as a point cap would mean those rarity 101 items would have been donated in bulk and reduced the server space since people would be donating them in the hundreds. Especially since the Dracardia app has a point cap instead of an item cap in usage.
