Can we get more 'dailies'? I wonder if you can incorporate a daily/weekly/monthly 'Send your pet on an Adventure!' whereby your pet travels the realm and battles opponents over a few days, getting increasingly more challenging, and returns to you with loot? You'd have to send your pet off with a food item, a healing potion and a piece of furniture, for example, and better quality items increase the length of time your pet can go adventuring (before they are forced to return by difficulty scaling). Hope you like my idea!

Have you looked into reCAPTCHA v3 for solving the botting issues? it would affect the users minimally, save server costs potentially, and allow a better experience for others. Could be added to shops, Food Club, as a starter; it might need more steps to fully solve the botting issue but seems like a good start.

Please fix NC wearables. Dyeworks Purplemutant cape can be worn on my mutant mynci, yet when I transfered it so that my mutant chomby can have at least one item of wearable clothing, although it's in the closet, doesn't even show up in customization (yet it did on my side that has the mynci)... even DTI doesn't have a preview of it, yet they have the exact same item in a different color available. Also, the Dark and Moody Vignette Filter seems to be off. it shows up, but it hides everything but the pet/clothes (other items are still attached, it's just that it shows a white background, regardless of what background is actually in use).

Can rare item codes not be wearables or perhaps have a chance to be redeemed via wheels or something. They're essentially being bought for nps and always sell for 40mill or so. It gives people a way to trade irl money to nps indirectly. At least make them nc items as prizes if you wish to not have them accessible to public. Not everyone has acess to purchase the affiliated product to get them (from other countries) It's so discouraging to play and collect stuff.

Will there ever be a way to easily trade NC and NC-items between sideaccounts and main account WITHOUT having to buy a ton of Gift Box Capsules first? It's been almost a year since you took over TNT and bots are just as rampant as ever. When will you actually address the issue? Freezing the most obvious cheaters hasn't fixed anything, they can rebuild their account in days. Can you give us a time commitment when you will do simple fixes like adding captchas to food club? Surely you can get this done in 1 sprint. Also commit to reviewing obvious bot accounts filling up high score tables like Jhudoras Bluff and Illusens Glade, winning the wishing well, etc.

We haven't had an update or a single bug fix to the actual battledome in over 10 years. This shouldn't be a top priority, it should be THE priority. You already mentioned you had a thorough list of bugs, fix the battledome! (Other)

Any plans to expand on Battledome stats? For instance, we have training brackets all the way up to Lv. 750+ (1500+ stat), but STR/DEF stop scaling after 750, and movement still has no function (to our knowledge).

Please add Purple Scorchstone, Dusty Magic Broom, Amulet of the Unblinking Eye, Silver Korbat Amulet and Snowflake Pendant to the weekly quest rewards pool. Especially Purple Scorchstone! These items are very important to the 2p bd scene, they were buyable a year ago and are now being inflated due to rarity.

Would it be possible to impliment a lending system? Lots of people lose their items trying to be kind and lend out avatar items. Maybe having it so that a player can send an item to another player for a set amount of time (eg, an hour or even a day) and the item would be automatically returned to the other player's inventory after?

There's a bug with the Grundo Warehouse that makes entering virtual prize codes difficult and confusing. This bug has progressively gotten worse. I know it's not a simple fix, but is this at least being looked at? It seems that as more codes are added, the worse it gets, and all this cool new merch coming out means all new codes, which is not great for trying to redeem them. The space faerie battledome challenger is almost unattainable because of this bug, roughly 8 in ten codes don't work right (the item is awarded, but the page fails, often after multiple attempts at entering, and SF is awarded on the front end, so it never happens)

When are you going to be fair to Australians and other countries that can't be at your stupid events in the USA and we end up sitting here upset that everyone in USA got special cards and icons? Why do i even bother playing if I can't get these items and be ignored everytime this gets brought up? We brought the cookbook, but that icon isnt even special, people can just redeem it by using the same code.

Freeze cheaters I've played Neopets 24 years and NEVER have seem a r99 or r100 stock. It's always the same garbage items. Soooo tired of cheaters and bot users who have way younger accounts than I do and they have all these Uber expensive items and stamp avatars. I'm about over playing Neopets because NOTHING gets fixed. Game avatars, the customization closet is jacked up. And there are plenty of other issues you guys just push off and shove new stuff in our face and half of that doesn't work properly, most of that being customization issues.

The community regularly encounters issues with support, the core of which seems to be a shortage of staff. Are there plans to increase the size of the support team, or improve the workflow so that the current team can respond to tickets thoroughly and appropriately? To be clear, I don’t blame the staff for (most of) the support issues. It seems much more like a resource problem. There are bugs with the release of NeoPass that has users hesitant to sign up for it until the issues are fixed. Why are the new Neopets mobile games requiring Neopass? Older games such as Ghoul Catchers were able to link our accounts without Neopass. Will there be an alternative for those that don't want to use Neopass, at least at first?

A lot of items, like plushies and gifts, have no purpose in the game outside of gallery collections. This means that as more of them are released into the economy, their value tanks to nothing; meanwhile, the price of consumables and collectibles continues to inflate. Are there any plans to give these items more uses, like adding a plushie toybox collection, pet treasure chests, or additional quests?

In April 2024, Magnetismo Times will celebrate its 15th anniversary as the largest non-English fansite for Neopets. PLEASE talk about your plans for converting site themes to mobile. Because are SO much worse than they used to be. The repeating tiled wallpapers for pretty much all of them are awful (when viewed on neoboards, for instance). And the "choose a pet" part is so weird. Especially the stupid long spaceship background for the premium theme. It's a mess. Can you PLEASE revamp these and continue to convert old plot site themes?

It would be of great help if you would make it where ALL wearables went to the closet. It takes forever to get things our of your SDB every time you want to be a part of something. Or just the fun of it. And even greater if they would ALL show in their correct sorting choices ( such as background, hats, etc.) We build up such a selection over the years that we cant remember the names of most of them. And its so diisappointing when we go through for something else and stumble acrosss one we have that would of been happily used.

Can you do something about cheating? Like honestly, why even play legit at this point? Stop milking NC garbage every other day and actually do something about item gen, people buying items/neopoints offsite, multiaccounting, etc. You can EASILY find some of these cheaters by just monitoring auctions and trading post, so why aren't you doing ANYTHING?

Can you please implement something other than Neopass to combine our accounts? I only use my new account because my old one has my dead name in the username, but I've made more progress on my newer one and would like to merge the age and other things over to my new account...

When will Kiko Lake be disqualified from the Altador Cup? Their unsportsmanlike behavior in soliciting (read: extorting) donations from thousands of unwilling players cannot be allowed to continue.

Genuine question: Is Neopets.com still a pet site focused on training, caring, and exploring with your pet a world that isn't like real-life, with a side of socializing and dressing up pets with expensive clothes and expensive colors? Or is Neopets.com about expensive clothes and expensive colors, flaunting wealth, social connections, with a side of pet care, training, and world exploration that is quickly becoming uninspiring with the injecting of real-life themed items and real-world politics?

Can you take the requirement to "customize a pet" out of the quest log? There is just so many other things that can be done besides the customs, like buy stock.. or make a trade post, or visit the beach, take your pet on the merry go round, buy a scratch card, send a NM, Respond to or make a neoboard... Like the possibilities are endless so why does it have to be customs?!!! Also, change out the NC card redeem "bonus gift" please! I have like a 100 of all 3 of those items already

With retired mystery capsules, there's been a lack of transparency regarding the drops, from the rates to what’s exactly inside each capsule. Can you shed some light on why this information isn't provided to players and if there are any plans to release the drops for each type of capsule?

There are instances when an aged pet's name is only later discovered to be inappropriate or late becomes inappropriate. This results in the pet being deleted. There goes the time/NP/NC the owner invested on that pet. Would you please make it so that the owner is forwarned before deletion (so they can remove the wearables/stop any ongoing training) and be given the option to create a replacement pet with the same colour+species+stats?

Any chance the Super Attack Pea will get a mass re-release? It is highly inflated and doing so would really cut down on scamming. More people would be able to safely get the avatar. Having it be a risk every time one is lent really shouldn't be a problem. :(
