Both have their place. The first is better for a chat-like begining (and dragging that out if desired), the second is better for a more actionable and explorative start.

The best part of the series is the negotiation!! don't skip out on those. Change them sure? Change how they're found, if people accept them, if multiple women find them, if the USER is just trying to write the offer in a coffee shop and someone sees, if the user has the office on his on phone, etc. Maybe his housecleaner sees the original offer when the last baby is leaving, the service employee hears someone come or someone the user works with user just hands the offer too. That long negotiation is so good.
