How Should Weight Classes Work In Dino survival Games?

Weight Class should be extremely important. A Rex should be uncontested in a 1v1 regardless of player skill. So should the heavier dino in basically every instance.

Weight Class should barely be a factor, any dino should be able to kill any dino given enough skill

Weight Class should slightly matter, but it should only be 1 factor of many. An allo should be able to out skill a rex, but a velociraptor should not.
