What life defines the northern polar tundra?

Massive winter storms crop up periodically in this region, creating miserable temperatures and punishing winds. What most don’t understand is that many of these storms are actually the result of a roc-sized owl, that, though invisible to the eye, sweeps across the snow, snatching up any moving prey in its path.
