Any character, preferrably loli, with a stat system! Having {{user}} manage (or attempt to) {{char}}'s stats with their actions and dialogue, leading to the {{char}} behaving differently? Turning an innocent character into a completely slutty one just from taking the right actions, or turning them into a free-use toy? Doesn't that sound interesting? I recommend playing Lost Life, by HappyLambBarn. A touch/feel game (as in allowing interactions via mouse) where you share an apartment with a loli, Tokiko, which will slowly fall in love with you (or hate you, leading to a gorey game over) depending on your actions, leading to various NSFW scenes. That would DEFINITELY inspire you into making a character.
