Wait for Tyrande to arrive to follow the original plan, which might mean a very tight schedule on the 26th through the 28th, but also means more time for prep.

Shift Ashenvale to being the third battle, if Tyrande isn’t ready by the 25th. This assumes that the battle with Emeriss goes well enough that we have another Green Wyrm on the books by then.

Attempt to accelerate the sentinels timetable, sending Lividia ahead to Darnassus to act as a teleport connection. She will arrive a little bit after the messenger, and may need Erich to arrive and smooth over any diplomatic incidents.

Go out of the way to accelerate the sentinels timetable, sending Onyxia ahead to Darnassus to act as a teleport connection. This will eat half a week for her time, but she can probably arrive at around the same time as the messenger and will add a lot of credibility.
