What are good metrics to assess successful "Open borders" policy ?

I'm currently building a small python toolbox, see docs on my website below: https://arnos-stuff.github.io/open-borders-index/ Right now I'm just using the best I have, which is: - World Bank Data - World Bank GDIM I will list below the metrics I use, do not hesitate to add more or vote for the best in your opinion. Wages & Income: Poverty ratio w.r.t national poverty line
