Keep sweeping the scourge holdouts in Tirisfal; there are quite a lot of fairly weak undead around here

Find some ancient night elf ruins in Northern Kalimdor; those places are always haunted

Be part of a joint operation attacking the Sunken Temple. The Atal’ai make some use of undead and and Tara could probably make some powerful undead from the living.

Join an assault on the Wailing Caverns, raising any Druids we can’t capture

Make movements into the Plaguelands, risking higher dangers but also bagging stronger undead.

Have them passively capturing undead in Tirisfal, but on standby to go to any battlefield that Erich makes or hears about and do some necromancy

Focus on training the ghosts we already have into a viable fighting/capturing force. Go out and process any corpses that Erich’s retinue creates.
