Capture one of the leaders of the coven. They are more paranoid and intelligent, there is a chance of this backfiring. On the other hand they can teach Erich anything he wants to know.

Move slowly. Capture someone only one rank up, the kind of person who would train her at this point.

Stay here and train for a while, instead of learning a few new spells and going back to the Lions to practice them. Gives more time and opportunities to operate in Stormwind.

Recruit apprentices and low end warlocks like Porena for the Rampant Lions. They need real world experience. This will strengthen the Lions, but openly incorporating large numbers of warlocks into the organization may lead to a pretty big PR hit.
