How do you divide contributions between the HFEA and non-HFEA portions of your portfolio?

100% to the non-HFEA portion, since I always let the HFEA portion grow untouched.

100% to the non-HFEA portion, since it is currently lower than the target 90% (I would contribute to the HFEA portion instead if it were 5% instead of 15%).
